2022年风云变幻，我们见证了很多重大的事件。从今年二月份起，我们这个主题分享活动累计举办了三十五次。涉及的主题大多数为历史、文学以及相关话题。 值得高兴的是它持续地办了下去。不足之处在于后期形成了一定的路径依赖，因为分享者参与者的工作学习安排，很难投入更多的时间。 因此，我们计划在今年的最后一个周五，总结一下之前每期分享的成功和不足之处。希望可以客观地分析，哪里需要进行改动，既让分享者讲出自己的乐趣，也让所有参与者更能感受到乐趣，每个人都有新的收获。
2022 was a turbulent year, and we witnessed many major events. Since February this year, this talk series has held thirty-five sessions in all, mostly on history, literature and related topics. We are glad that it has kept going. The downside is that in the later sessions it settled into a certain path dependence, because the work and study commitments of speakers and participants made it hard for them to put in more time. So on the last Friday of the year we plan to review what went well and what fell short in each of our past sessions. We hope to analyse objectively what needs to change, so that speakers can talk about what they enjoy, all participants can enjoy it more, and everyone comes away with something new.
